With CSBarks only a few days away we would like to provide a few festival etiquette tips that can help everyone’s festival more enjoyable:
For the safety of everyone at the festival please use a six foot standard leash and not a retractable leash – as these get tangled easily with other dogs.
Please only bring well socialized dogs, age six months and above, and keep them on a leash at all times (except in the designated off-leash area). Your dog (s) should also wear ID tags throughout the event.
Please remember, this is a festival designed for dogs, children are welcome but be aware that not all dogs have experience with children. Children should always ask for permission before petting a dog.
Please clean up after your dogs – or alert one of our professional pet waste pick up crew from Ron John Poo Be Gone, who will be able to clean up for you.
Carol Stream Animal Hospital will be providing pet first aid if required, at the information tent.
Fountain View Recreation Center will be open for Bark Park off-leash dog pass sales, however only service dogs are able to enter the building. Parking at Fountain View will be reserved for fitness center members on the day of the event.
